CODE OF VIRGINIA

PRIMARIES TO BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE (§ 24.2-512)

A primary when held shall be conducted in all respects under the provisions of
this article.  All references in this chapter to primaries shall be deemed to
mean those elections held for the purpose of nominating candidates as authorized
by this article.
