CODE OF VIRGINIA

NO PRIMARY CANDIDATE TO BE NOMINATED BY CONVENTION (§ 24.2-528)

No party which has adopted the method of making a nomination for an office by
primary pursuant to § 24.2-509 shall nominate by a convention any candidate to
be voted for at that primary.
