CODE OF VIRGINIA

GENERAL PROVISIONS (§ 24.2-952)

Any inaugural committee shall maintain all inaugural funds in a separate account
and in such detail and form as to allow full compliance with this chapter. A
candidate’s campaign committee shall not serve as an inaugural fund
committee.
