CODE OF VIRGINIA

CONDEMNATION OF LANDS OF STATE INSTITUTIONS (§ 25.1-103)

Without the consent of the General Assembly, no condemnor shall be authorized to
condemn or acquire any lands belonging to, attached to the site, or used for the
purposes of any state institution.
