CONDEMNATION OF LANDS WITHIN AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTAL DISTRICTS (§ 25.1-106)

No property that is within an agricultural and forestal district as provided by
Chapter 43 (§ 15.2-4300 et seq.) of Title 15.2 shall be condemned except in
accordance with §§ 15.2-4312 and 15.2-4313.
