CODE OF VIRGINIA

CHAPTER CONTROLS CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS (§ 25.1-200)

Unless otherwise specifically provided by law, all proceedings for the
condemnation of property under the power of eminent domain shall be brought and
conducted according to the provisions of this chapter.
