CODE OF VIRGINIA

NO NOTICE REQUIRED WHERE OWNER IS A PERSON UNDER A DISABILITY; APPOINTMENT OF
GUARDIAN AD LITEM (§ 25.1-215)

If any owner is a person under a disability and has no guardian, conservator or
committee in this Commonwealth, (i) no notice need be issued for or served upon
such owner and (ii) a guardian ad litem for such owner shall be appointed in the
manner prescribed in § 8.01-9.
