CODE OF VIRGINIA

VALIDATION OF PRIOR ADVANCES (§ 27-23.4)

The advancement of any funds heretofore advanced from the general fund by the
governing body of any city or county in this Commonwealth for the benefit of a
fire zone or district in exercising the lawful powers of such fire zone or
district is hereby validated and confirmed.
