CODE OF VIRGINIA

COORDINATION (§ 28.2-1104)

A. To the extent feasible, this system shall be carried out in coordination with
the National Estuarine Research Reserve System established by 16 U.S.C. § 1461.

B. To the extent feasible, lands within the Virginia Estuarine and Coastal
Research Reserve System shall be dedicated as part of the Commonwealth’s
natural area preserves components pursuant to § 10.1-213.
