CODE OF VIRGINIA

COMMISSIONER; FISHERY POWERS (§ 28.2-202)

The Commissioner may:

   1.  Investigate all matters affecting the seafood industry; and

   2.  Provide for the development of programs designed to enhance and improve
   commercial and sport fisheries in Virginia’s tidal waters.
