CODE OF VIRGINIA

TROTLINE PROHIBITED ON OCEAN SIDE OF EASTERN SHORE; PENALTY (§ 28.2-310)

It shall be unlawful to set a fish trotline on the ocean side of the Counties of
Accomack and Northampton.  The Commission officers may seize any fish trotline
set in such an area.A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
