POSSESSION OF SHUCKED OYSTERS; PENALTY (§ 28.2-514)

It is unlawful for any person to possess more than one-half gallon of shucked
oysters on board a boat harvesting on the public rocks.A violation of this
section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
