PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF VIOLATION (§ 28.2-522)

In any prosecution for the violation of any sections of this article against the
captain or crew of a vessel or any person on board, proof that the vessel was
equipped with a crank, dredge, or scrape shall be prima facie evidence of the
violation of such section.
