CODE OF VIRGINIA

RESTRICTION ON SIZE OF CLAMS; PENALTY (§ 28.2-537)

It is unlawful for any person to harvest or ship clams smaller in size than the
legal size established by the Commission.Any person who violates this section is
guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
