POSTING OF NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS (§ 28.2-606)

Notice of the application shall be (i) posted by the Commission for not less
than sixty days at the courthouse of the county or city in which the ground
applied for lies, and in at least two or more prominent places in the vicinity
of the ground and (ii) published at least once a week for four consecutive weeks
in a newspaper of general circulation in that county or city.
