CODE OF VIRGINIA

JURISDICTION OF COURTS (§ 28.2-907)

Any proceeding under any section of this subtitle shall be before a court of
competent jurisdiction in the county or city (i) in which the offense was
committed or (ii) adjacent to the waters in which the offense was committed.
