NONRESIDENT TRIP HUNTING LICENSES (§ 29.1-303.1)

Nonresidents of the Commonwealth may purchase a nonresident trip hunting license
in lieu of the nonresident hunting license required by subdivision 3 of §
29.1-303. The duration for which the license shall be valid shall be established
by the Board. The fee for the nonresident trip hunting license shall be
established by the Board and may be revised pursuant to § 29.1-103.
