CODE OF VIRGINIA PENALTY FOR FALSE STATEMENTS; ALTERING, BORROWING OR LENDING LICENSE (§ 29.1-337.1) It shall be unlawful for any person to make a false statement in order to secure a license or to alter, change, borrow, or lend or attempt to use, borrow or lend a license.
