EXEMPTION FROM APPLICATION OF ARTICLE (§ 29.1-350)

The provisions of this article shall not apply to the shores and public waters
and marshes of Accomack and Northampton Counties.  However, in those localities
no person shall hunt migratory waterfowl, whether from a blind or otherwise,
without having obtained a season license to hunt.
