ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS (§ 29.1-502)

The board may adopt regulations and amendments to regulations upon completion of
all applicable hearing and notice requirements. The Board shall file the
regulations with the Registrar of Regulations pursuant to § 2.2-4103.
