CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS (§ 29.1-505)

It shall be a misdemeanor to violate any regulation promulgated pursuant to this
title. Any person violating such a regulation shall be guilty of a Class 3
misdemeanor unless another penalty is specified.
