CODE OF VIRGINIA

REGULATION OF PARASAIL OPERATORS (§ 29.1-735.3)

The Board of Game and Inland Fisheries shall promulgate regulations applicable
to the commercial operations of parasail operators on waters of the
Commonwealth. Such regulations shall take into consideration the operating
standards and guidelines of the Professional Association of Parasail Operators.
