ADVERTISEMENT (§ 29.1-816)

Unless the watercraft dealer is clearly identified by name, whenever any
licensee places an advertisement in any newspaper or publication, the
abbreviations “VA DLR,” denoting a Virginia licensed dealer, shall
appear therein.
