EQUITABLE REMEDIES NOT IMPAIRED (§ 29.1-825)

The remedy at law provided by §§ 29.1-823 and 29.1-824 shall not in any manner
impair the right to applicable equitable relief. Such right to equitable relief
is hereby preserved, notwithstanding the provisions of such sections.
