AGRICULTURAL VITALITY PROGRAM CONTINUED AS OFFICE OF FARMLAND PRESERVATION (§
3.2-200)

The Agricultural Vitality Program within the Department is continued and
hereafter shall be known as the Office of Farmland Preservation.
