CODE OF VIRGINIA

TOBACCO BOARD MEMBERSHIP TERMS (§ 3.2-2403)

The terms for appointments to the Tobacco Board shall be for four years. The
Governor shall fill any vacancy occurring before the expiration of any term for
the unexpired term.
