TOBACCO BOARD OFFICERS AND COMPENSATION (§ 3.2-2404)

A. The Tobacco Board shall elect one of its members as chairman and such other
officers as deemed appropriate.

B. The members of the Tobacco Board shall receive a per diem of $ 10 for each
day spent in attendance on meetings of the Tobacco Board and shall be reimbursed
for actual expenses incurred in such attendance.
