GRANT OF SPECIFIC POWER NOT TO IMPAIR GENERAL POWER (§ 3.2-3205)

Any provision of this chapter conferring a general power upon the Commission
shall not be impaired or qualified by the granting to the Commission by this
chapter of a specific power.
