APPEAL FROM COMMISSIONER’S ACTIONS (§ 3.2-3712)

Any person aggrieved by any action of the Commissioner under provisions of this
chapter shall have the right to review in accordance with the provisions of the
Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
