CODE OF VIRGINIA

DUTY TO MAINTAIN RECORDS (§ 3.2-4006)

Any person who sells, offers for sale, transports, or delivers agricultural or
vegetable seed for transportation shall keep a complete record of sale, origin,
germination, purity, variety, noxious weed seeds, and treatment of each lot of
agricultural or vegetable seed offered for three years. The Commissioner shall
have the right to inspect such records.
