ELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE TOBACCO SETTLEMENT FUNDS (§ 3.2-4119)

Industrial hemp growers licensed under this chapter may be eligible to receive
funds from the Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Fund
established pursuant to § 3.2-3106.
