NOTICE AND REVIEW OF DETERMINATION (§ 3.2-4213)

A determination of the Attorney General to not list or to remove from the
Directory a brand family or tobacco product manufacturer shall be subject to
review in the manner prescribed by the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000
et seq.).
