DEFINITIONS (§ 3.2-4300)

As used in this article, unless the context requires a different
meaning:”Agricultural product” means any horticultural, viticulture,
dairy, livestock, poultry, bee, or other farm or garden
product.”Director” means the Director of the Division of Marketing
of the Department.
