CODE OF VIRGINIA

INSPECTION CERTIFICATE PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF FACTS STATED (§ 3.2-4610)

Every inspection certificate issued by the Commissioner under the provisions of
this chapter shall be received in all courts of the Commonwealth as prima facie
evidence of the facts stated therein.
