FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDERS OF COMMISSIONER CONSTITUTES CONTEMPT (§ 3.2-4726)

All parties disobeying the orders or subpoenas of the Commissioner are guilty of
contempt and shall be certified to an appropriate court for punishment.
