COPIES OF RECORDS TO BE KEPT BY COMMISSION MERCHANT (§ 3.2-4732)

Every commission merchant shall retain a copy of all records, including sales
tags or tickets, account of sales, or other records covering each transaction
for a period of three years from the date of the transaction. The copy shall at
all times be available for, and open to, confidential inspection by the
Commissioner, and the interested consignor or his authorized representative.
