CODE OF VIRGINIA

LICENSE REQUIRED (§ 3.2-4736)

A. It is unlawful for any person to act as, operate, or carry on the business of
a commission merchant without first obtaining a license.

B. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
