FEE FOR LATE PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS (§ 3.2-4811)

Any manufacturer or guarantor who does not pay an assessment for variance from
label guarantee within 60 days shall pay to the Commissioner a late payment fee
of 10 percent of the assessment or $ 50, whichever is greater, in addition to
the assessment for variance from label guarantee.
