DISPOSITION OF FUNDS COLLECTED (§ 3.2-4905)

All fees and assessments received by the Commissioner under this chapter shall
be paid into the Feed, Lime, Fertilizer and Animal Remedies Fund, established in
§ 3.2-3617, to be used in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
