CODE OF VIRGINIA

VIOLATION OF CHAPTER OR REGULATIONS A MISDEMEANOR (§ 3.2-4914)

Any person convicted of violating any provisions of this chapter and the
regulations issued hereunder is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, except as
otherwise provided.
