FOOD PROTECTED FROM FLIES, DUST, AND DIRT (§ 3.2-5111)

Food in the process of manufacture, preparation, packing, storing, sale, or
distribution, shall be protected from flies, dust, dirt, and all other foreign
or injurious contamination.
