CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTIES (§ 3.2-5209)

Any violation of the provisions of this article, or the regulations adopted
hereunder, or failure to comply with such provisions or regulations, is a Class
1 misdemeanor and punished as provided by law. Each day of such failure or
violation shall be a separate offense and shall be punished as such.
