CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTIES (§ 3.2-5217)

Any violation of the provisions of this article or the regulations adopted
hereunder, or failure to comply with such provisions or regulations, is a Class
1 misdemeanor and punished as provided by law. Each day of such failure or
violation shall be a separate offense as such.
