CODE OF VIRGINIA

JUDICIAL REVIEW (§ 3.2-5315)

Any determination of final actions of the Department taken pursuant to this
chapter shall be reviewable in accordance with the provisions of the
Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
