CODE OF VIRGINIA

IMPERSONATING COMMISSIONER OR SEALER (§ 3.2-5644)

Any person who shall impersonate in any way the Commissioner, his agent, or any
one of the inspectors, or a sealer by the use of his seal or a counterfeit of
his seal, or in any other manner, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
