DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY (§ 3.2-5702)

The Board may delegate to the Commissioner: (i) any authority vested in it under
this chapter, except the authority to adopt regulations; and (ii) any authority
contained in § 3.2-5646 relating to the assessment of civil penalties.
