CODE OF VIRGINIA

CERTIFICATION FEE (§ 3.2-5708)

Each service technician applying for a certification or renewal of certification
shall pay annually a certification fee of $ 25. All fees collected pursuant to
this section shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the
Weights and Measures Fund established by § 3.2-5628.
