CODE OF VIRGINIA

FALSIFICATION OR PRESEALING OF WEIGHT CERTIFICATE BY LICENSED WEIGHMASTER;
DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO UNLICENSED PERSON (§ 3.2-5819)

Any licensed public weighmaster who falsifies a weight certificate, or who
delegates his authority to any person not licensed as a licensed public
weighmaster, or who preseals a weight certificate with his official seal before
performing the act of weighing, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
