CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER (§ 3.2-5820)

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted
pursuant thereto for which no specific penalty has been provided is guilty of a
Class 4 misdemeanor.
