CODE OF VIRGINIA

CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES MAY ENFORCE ORDERS OF COMMISSIONER, BOARD, OR STATE
VETERINARIAN (§ 3.2-6014)

Upon petition by the Commissioner, the Board, or the State Veterinarian, a
circuit court judge may issue orders as are necessary to enforce the orders of
the Commissioner, the Board, or State Veterinarian.
